As crafters, our hands are our most important tools. How many times have you had to stop crafting because of hand and wrist pain?

I remember the holiday season of 2009. Hand pain stopped me in my tracks. I lived on ice packs and advil. It was then I decided to be proactive and find a way to care for my hands and wrists so I could keep doing what I loved....making stuff!
